In level II of Mastering Ericksonian Hypnosis - you will be taking your language skills to a very high level.
Required
Completion of Mastering Ericksonian Hypnosis Level I is required in order to attend this training.

The Focus Of This Training
The weekend focuses on THREE primary skill sets that will transform the way you use your language and give you the ability to create change rapidly and influence others powerfully.
 Analog Marking
Analog marking is a set of techniques for 'marking out' your commands and instructions to the subconscious mind. Much analog marking is done in the auditory mode, - so I can teach it to you during our phone coaching sessions in Level I.
An additional set of physical techniques are also highly valuable. They include the use of gestures, facial expressions movements etc. to mark out commands and test for congruency - create "yes" sets and much more.
Once you learn how to do analog marking - you will literally be directing the subconscious mind with a power and precision that will amaze even you.
And you'll know when and how the subconscious mind of others' is responding!
Analog marking puts you in direct contact with the subconscious mind of others.
It will take the language patterns you've learned in our Level I training - and multiply their power, precision and effectiveness exponentially.
 Cultivating Super Sensory Acuity
In Ericksonian Hypnosis we take sensory acuity - TO THE MAX!
Like analog marking - a great deal of sensory acuity is done by special listening techniques - so I can teach them to you in our phone coaching sessions during level I.
In addition - the ability to notice extremely subtle non-verbal and unconscious physical responses in others - is of enormous value.
We'll focus on this skill a great deal during the weekend.
Have you ever seen the TV show "Lie To Me" starring Tim Roth? They've created an entire show based on the use of visual sensory acuity.
In the real world - visual sensory acuity is much more subtle and used to do a LOT more than just know if someone is telling the truth or not.
You'll learn how to use visual sensory acuity to:
 Determine congruency and incongruence in others
Use eye accessing cues to know when others are making pictures what kind of pictures they're making, when they're talking to themselves - and in what order and much more.
Notice facial color changes, breathing pattern changes, eye dilation, unconscious abreactions etc. and know what they mean and how to use them.
Know what emotional states people are in at any given moment.
Calibrate to readiness.
Measure the depth of trance states.
Measure and know how deeply your suggestions are taking effect.
Elicit cognitive strategies - like convincer, decision and other key internal sequences people go through when processing.
Notice subtle cues that let you know how to adjust your communication so it's more effective for them and more respectful and appropriate.

 Stacking Patterns - Using ALL your skills
It's the combination of ALL the Ericksonian skills you've learned - that puts your skill level at Ericksonian Hypnosis over the top. Stacking patterns means to combine them in layers one after another and even simultaneously.
So the last half of the second day is a set of fun round robin exercises in which you'll practice using all your milton model skills.
The language patterns you've learned in Level I, will now be amplified by your new skills of analog marking and high sensory acuity as well as utilizing the non-verbal responses of others.
